Girl Be Heard is a theater company of young women–most of whom are from underserved areas of New York City–who have performed at the White House, State Department, United Nations and in schools, community centers and theatres across the country.
AntiquityNOW and Girl Be Heard will be co-producing a play to be presented in New York City in May 2014 commemorating the lives of women from ancient to modern times, adapted from original and primary sources such as diaries and historical accounts.
